Back to Pasadena

February 6th, 2008 · 7 Comments

Gisele flew to Pasadena to spend a couple of weeks with Devon.

Her brother and several other friends live nearby, so she will have lots of people to celebrate Chinese New Year with (Feb 7).

Derek and I are still in Tempe, bach’ing it.

Disregard my question on Richard’s blog. Guess I should have read yours first, but his is first on my list because he’s oldest. Besides, he’s been blogging longer.

Happy Chinese New Year! I heard yesterday was a very busy day for C-sections in China. I got lucky money in a red envelope today from the CEO of Marvell.

Speaking of Devon do you know if he filled out the form I had sent to him?

    When does Gisele come home?

Gisele comes home at 6:45 this evening (Sunday, 2/17)

Don — I don’t know about the form. I did ask him about Boeing and I think he said he had done what he needed to… ?

You folks get to watch “The Big Free Throw Misser” now. That was the only thing I disliked about Shaq when he was here. He’s also not a youngster anymore and it showed tonight. Still a force under the hoop even with the negatives.

It is frustrating watching Shaq shoot free throws. He looks rusty, and still learning how to play with his team mates. Let’s hope he figures it out before the playoffs (and before he gets completely too old to play).

Shaq looks the same shooting free throws as he did several years ago in LA. He won’t figure it out before the playoffs. He just can’t shoot them. That’s why you used to see Hack a Shaq all the time. That’s about the only bad thing about him though. You’ll like watching him do the other stuff he does.
