I don&#8217;t need to go back and see him, and my official physical therapy is over, though I will continue the exercises at home.<\/p>\n<p>He said I am 3-4 months ahead of schedule as far as flexibility and strength, but that doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean the healing is also ahead of schedule, so I will be easy on it.  <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been a long 19 weeks.
