I’m testing putting a video clip into my blog.
I know there is text in the middle of the picture — it’s a trial version and I don’t know if I want to buy it yet.
What do you think? This was on our famous Peruvian bike ride.
If I buy it, would others be interested in using it?

It’s interesting but I probably wouldn’t use it since I rarely take videos.
Aren’t there any freeware programs available?

Like Don, I rarely take videos that I want/need to share. It is nice, but I doubt I would use it much.

I wouldn’t either. It would take way too much tech skill I am sure, and I just got to where I can put thumbnails in my blog. I also do not take a lot of video…just here and there.

OK, sounds like a pretty lukewarm response, at best!
I have looked a lot for open source SW that will convert movies to Flash, but haven’t found anything. Seems surprising.

Don, Thanks — I did lots of searches but never came up with that one.
Looks promising. Not as easy to use or as flexible as the commercial program, but looks like it might do the job. I’ll play with it and if successful post some more clips.

I take lots of video clips and would love to be able to post them. I’m sure everyone wants to hear Steven say his A-B-C’s!

Ah, well, a positive response.
I haven’t got around to making the free version work yet, but will do so. I’ll help you get set up once I do.

Any progress on free video software yet? Steven will be reciting the Declaration of Independence before long.
